Princess of Ayden

Princess of Ayden is not a love story. It's a friendship story. This book is about the power of friendship and the deterioration thereof in the name of self interest. It follows the lives of four young ladies as they navigate their way in a world where their lives are dependant on the fickle nature of the crown prince. Three of them take part in a competition called "Princess of Ayden," where the winner becomes the next queen of the country, Ayden, a dystopian South Africa, and the losers lose their lives. The fourth lady is Pretty, a palace maid who catches the eye of the prince. Princess of Ayden is a book packed with political intrigue, betrayal and, yes, romance.
