The story of a great cat is about to be revealed. This cat had the same beginning as Scourge, tortured by her brother and sister, regarded as weak because of her size, and attacked by Clan cats because she was trespassing unknowingly. Well, this cat also has a similar fate as Scourge, she will seek revenge just as he did, she will kill cats just like him, and she will lead just like Scourge. Every cat has a choice to follow two paths, a path with glory, light, and loyalty or a path of bloodshed, darkness, and evil. Although, she will become successful in where Scourge failed. Her claws are sharper, her heart is colder and her mind is darker than Scourge could ever imagine. So will she succeed in where the former BloodClan leader failed? Or will she suffer the same fate as him and die just like him? Read to find out who she truly is... "Bloodshed is upon all cats. May some cat save us all before it's too late..." The Ancient Warriors of the Clans have spoken of a evil who will never stop the bloodshed she was born into and nurtured. "Fire Alone Can Save Our Clan" is the prophecy Spottedleaf foretold but there is another that she has not told another cat, but to only the Fire, Firestar: "Blood will rain upon all the living and nothing will survive its wrath. A very near kin has become the unimaginable. There will be nothing but them, and blood..." The medicine cat foretold as Firestar lost his first life against Scourge. The purpose of this poetry book is one of defiance. Not to others, or anything in particular. It is against the war we wage internally, against ourselves every day. There is no bigger challenge in life than facing your thoughts, your true emotions, your feelings when you lie alone at night by yourself, cornered. We tend to postpone them, shelf them, as we grow accustomed to our daily activities, never giving ourselves a chance to evaluate ourselves. Who are we? what do we lack? what do we need? In this book, I took it upon myself to air out all of my grievances, my intimate thoughts, my happiness, my disappointments, my sadness all out in the open, for all to see. I wanted to face it all. To stare my mortality dead in the eyes, and let the lingering stare sit, I wanted to simmer the feeling of weakness, of every single type of emotion, completely digest it, and let it manifest genuinely, reading it, again and again, perfecting it, again and again, until the feeling of pain subsides. 5 Vile & Ignoble Tales by mr_achelaw

This is a collection of five miscreant tales: "The Grotesque There Is", "A Mere Clock", "Mayara", "The Lethargy" and "Animalia". Here are the synopses of each story in this book: "The Grotesque There Is" is actually a performance of two short stories. The first (initially called "Equine Hiring") is a mostly dialogue story about a horse in a job interview. The second tells the chronicle of the two men who stood in the rain. "A Mere Clock" is a narrative in the 1st person that tells the adventures of a mere wristwatch. At the first impact, the characters seem far from the reader, but the last paragraph ends up in a contemporary narration. "Mayara" tells the story of an egoistic girl that falls in love with a young man. Later, this man doesn't satisfy himself with her selfishness and ends up infuriating the girl, which leads to a series of tragedies and anguish, all due to the destructible retaliation. "The Lethargy" is an imaginary, almost parabolic narrative where the protagonist is a sleepy student disappointed in himself. "Animalia" is a first-person novelette of a teenage love affair between a bass player and a pretty who turns out to be a beast, making the story a real wild and raw mess. PS.: Some of these stories may present sensitive content and metaphorical representation of violence, although I do not consider any of these occurrences really timely characterised as 'mature content' since such matters are dealt with discreetly and with no compromise. I'm obligated to bring happiness to everyone but I won't sacrifice my body to fulfill that!
