Out Of Time, out of chances

After a gruesome murderer strikes Hayden's city, he wishes he could've gone back in time and saved everyone. Fortunately, the wish is granted, as the demigod of time, Tempus, grants him another chance, but each time he goes back, the present gets worse, Tempus has finally had enough, and tells Hayden the murderer will strike again, and if Hayden can't save the city in 24 hours, Tempus will kill him. With the help of his sister Hazel, the two have 24 hours to stop the murderer before they are the ones getting murdered. Will they successfully safe the city, or will Hayden and Hazel run out of time?
