This is a Super Mario bros series. AU, where Princess Peach, instead of being the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, she's a female Tarzan raised by gorillas in the Jungle when she was just a baby. Over time, she becomes the Queen of the Jungle, swinging through the trees, wrestling predators etc etc.
But when Mario Mario (who is obviously a male Jane in this universe) comes to the Jungle and takes her to civilization where he and his brother Luigi teach her to behave human, Peach must choose between her life in the Jungle or civilization.
