Here's simple way understand the difference between honey and natural honey.
What is honey:
Honey is a sweet, sticky liquid made by bees from the nectar of flowers. Here's how it's created:
Nectar Collection: Bees collect nectar from flowers using their long, straw-like tongues.
Processing: Back in the hive, bees mix the nectar with enzymes from their mouths. This process transforms the nectar into best honey.
Evaporation: Bees then place the nectar into hexagon-shaped wax cells in the hive. They fan their wings to help evaporate the water from the nectar, which thickens it into honey.
Storage: Once its thick enough, bees seal the cells with wax to store the honey for later use, particularly as food during times when flowers aren't blooming.
What is Natural Honey
Natural honey is honey that is as close to its original form as possible, with minimal processing. Here's what typically sets it apart:
Minimal Processing: It's less processed compared to regular honey. This means it hasn't been heavily filtered or heated, which helps preserve its natural Flavors and nutrients.
No Additives: Natural honey doesn't contain added sugars, corn syrup, or other artificial ingredients. It's just honey from the hive.
Raw or Pure: It's often raw or pure, meaning it's been extracted from the hive and might be strained to remove debris but not otherwise altered.
Pure Natural honey retains more of its original properties, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which can be lost during extensive processing.
