Lety Marchisella is a girl of Spanish origin, on her mother's side, and Italian, on her father's side, who finds herself living in Spain. Her life, since childhood, has not been easy: parents who fought constantly, she was marginalized and considered strange and ugly at school, and constant financial problems in the family.

Tired of this situation, one day she decides to implement a plan to solve her family's economic problems by stealing money from the Spanish state mint, without her parents' knowledge.

However, she soon realizes that she cannot do it alone and calls on her old and only friend, Sergio Marquina, for help. Sergio agrees to help her and decides to pose as the head of the operation, while Lety joins the group of robbers taking the name of the city Havana (Havana, Cuba).
