Throughout the multiverse, exist a force called The Space Police Force or also known as SPF. They manage countless universe. Their main task is to maintain what they are maintaining for so long, "Peace".

They catched, imprisoned, or kill those who ruined it. But throughout the whole history of SPF, there is a one man who they cannot catched. This man always gets away with everything he did to ruined the so called "Peace".

They don't know the reason or his motives why he keep doing it. What they only know is to catch and stop this man.

And that's how the most dangerous, the most wanted, the most well known man ever known throughout the existence.
