**Solar and Ruin** were once unlikely friends. Their bond formed out of necessity, but as time passed, Ruin began to see Solar as more than just a pawn in his grand scheme. However, their fragile friendship shatters when Solar discovers Ruin's true intentions: the annihilation of 5,000 dimensions. In a desperate attempt to save Solar, Ruin alters his plan, changing Solars' dimension to a different dimension where his life is spared.
But fate has other plans. The Creator, a powerful and vengeful being, captures Ruin, subjecting him to cruel experiments. Transformed into a shark hybrid and controlled by a shock collar, Ruin becomes a prisoner, punished for his past sins. As Solar grapples with betrayal and loss, Ruin must confront the consequences of his actions, all while navigating the twisted desires of the Creator.
Their intertwined fates now hinge on whether Solar can overcome his hatred and if Ruin can find redemption before it's too late.

This story takes place after the events in "Sun and Moon NEED TO PROTECT LUNAR in VRChat" Devisions from canon will be included. Ruin is a good person, and will be shown to have no alternative motive within the story, or maybe they do idk(expect I do know). This is a slice of life story(might do some one shots, disconnected from the main story going on), mostly focused on the Solar x Ruin ship, though will include current lore situations. The reader perspective will change throughout the story. I am not good with writing or spelling due to complications in personal life, if you catch anything please comment about it. Heads up, I did not design this cover. I got it from YouTube on a Sonne meme video by Clay_ This is the first story I've ever written that I've actually intended for other people to read, so expect mistakes. I'm also looking for advice on how to improve this story like a beta reader, if you will. If you have a comment, criticism, or advice for me, please don't hesitate to post it as long as it's constructive. This story was inspired by the Solarballs YouTube channel. It will be different from the show's canon because it is an AU. There will be no ships because I think it's just weird to ship celestial bodies (no hate, just my opinion). All celestial bodies will also be genderless (but feel free to imagine them as whatever gender you want) because they're cosmic beings; why would they have gender? (Again, no hate) This story will focus on the Sun's backstory (with bits concentrating on other characters, namely other stars that helped shape Sun's character) because there is a disappointing lack of Sun-centric fan fiction. There will be both happy and angsty chapters (and a lot of headcannons), so prepare for a wild ride!
