Every week I will look for a postcard with an image on it and force myself to write a story that correlates with that photograph, small enough to fit on a postcard. You can find all the stories on my instagram @Boojorii .
Today's postcard has a photograph on it made by Swiss photographer Stefan Rappo. I picked up this postcard on my trip to Paris where I visited the Centre Pompidou. It reminded me of a poem by Charles Bukowski called 'Hell is a Lonely place'. If you liked the photograph as much as I did, he has a new photography book out called 'TEZZ'.

I had to get out of town and start new. I packed my things and went to Louisiana; my family wouldn't find me there. I found a job that helped me lay low and made a few friends. The Pleasure House
A long time ago, in 1869, a couple lived in a beautiful home in a deserted farmland where they couldn't be heard nor bothered. They loved and cared for each other so much. Everything they would say to one another were gentle and precious words. But that's not the only thing that came out of their mouths. Moans, groans, screams, cries, whimpers, pleases---you name them---would escape their lips as they made love to one another. Once they grew old, they both passed away, leaving the house unnoticed. As the years past, people begin discovering the unusual house and what happened in there. They say the couple's spirt is still locked inside the house; "The Pleasure House" is what they call it. But will another couple believe the nonsense of the make-belief story? What happens when they move into the house?
