Luna never imagined she'd flee her own pack, but betrayal and a dark secret forced her paw. Now, wounded and hunted, she stumbles into Silver Creek territory-and into the arms of an Alpha who awakens more than just her wolf.
Callum never expected to find his mate in a half-dead stranger. But as Luna's walls crumble, he glimpses a strength that matches his own-and a past that threatens everything they're building together.
As their mate bond deepens, so do the dangers surrounding them. Luna's former pack, led by the ruthless Alpha Marcus, closes in, desperate to reclaim what she took when she fled. Caught between her growing feelings for Callum and the weight of her secrets, Luna must make an impossible choice: trust in her new mate and pack, or run to protect them from the storm that follows her?
In a world where love is a liability and trust comes at a deadly price, can Luna and Callum's bond survive the ultimate test?

Luna's scream pierced the night, jolting me awake. I found her huddled in the corner, her eyes wild with fear and glowing an unnatural silver.
"Luna?" I approached cautiously. "What's wrong?"
"Stay back!" she snarled, her voice distorted. "I can't... I can't control it, Callum."
Suddenly, she convulsed, and a burst of energy exploded from her, shattering every window in the room. As the glass rained down, I saw Marcus materialize in the doorway, his eyes gleaming with triumph.
"It's time, Luna," he purred. "You can't run from your destiny forever."
I moved to stand between them, my wolf rising to the surface. "You'll have to go through me first."
Marcus's laugh sent chills down my spine. "Oh, I'm counting on it, Alpha."
The Alpha's guarded mate was previously called The Alpha's Luna, A Destiny Divided.
Everything had happened so fast, one minute an Alpha from a pack I'd heard was equal to my blood-sister's pack was claiming her as his even though she was marked, bound, and pregnant with her mate's child... and the next minute all hell broke loose as Rogues started to ambush the guests. I hadn't been aware of any of this until I had heard my blood-sister's screams as her mate was about to shift in order to protect her.
But I beat him to it. I was already flying over his crouched back, fully shifted into my wolf form and streaking toward the leading Rogue. We were engaged in a fight that neither of us would get out of unscathed, but I didn't care. He had gone after my Blood-sister. She may only be my sister through the blood ritual we had done, but I still considered her the only family I had and this wolf had put her in danger. That made me angry. That made me stronger... and he should have listened to the rumors when they said that you NEVER want to anger the 'Lone She-Wolf'.
Diane is used to being alone, the only family she really acknowledges at this point is her Blood-Sister Cleo of the Blue Moon Pack , and she means the world to her. But when Cleo holds a party to tell Diane about her big news, there couldn't have been a bigger surprise waiting for Diane right within the guest-list.
Andrew is Alpha to the Crescent Moon Pack and he's tired of searching for what his wolf wants desperately, a mate. He humors an old friend of his Father's and goes to a party to celebrate the Alpha's only daughter... and as fate would have it, the party brings him to the one person that his wolf has been looking for.
