On December 9th, 1982, the crew of Moonology 41 were forced to make an emergency evacuation back to Earth due to unexpected tectonic activity near Pinewood Lunar Installation. 4 crew members safely made it to the LEAV and are en route to Earth.
Astronaut Matt Stone was killed, and on the lunar surface due to a breach in Pinewoods channel 4x connecter.
