As Kai Smith got hit by Ras hammer and was send to the portal before that happen Riyu manage to reach Kai using his tail which Kai immediately grap it using his right hand as the portal trying to absorb Kai, a sudden surge of mysterious power altered its usual appearance. The swirling energy shifted to a glowing green, catching everyone by surprise. Without warning, Kai was pulled into the portal, the intense gravitational force causing him to grunt in pain.

When the disorienting sensation passed, he found himself in a new city, its peaceful sight starkly different from the chaos he'd just experienced. He glanced back, but the portal had vanished before he had the chance to react.

"What am I supposed to do now?" Kai wondered, as he surveyed the unfamiliar surroundings. Determined to explore this strange new place, he set out to find answers-unaware that returning home was no longer an option. Someone yelled, and we all stopped, turning to the voice which belonged to the girl I saw earlier, with the exception of Batman who took the opportunity to launch the nearest man to him across the bridge into the railing, where he slumped to the ground. The Joker was first surprised and then amused. "A new toy!" He squealed with delight. He walked closer towards her, having forgotten me giving me the opportunity to peel my right arm out, giving me a better angle to see and defend myself. While the Joker wasn't terrifying to look at, honestly, he was fairly unassuming, with the exception of the weapon and the deranged smile and look in his eye, but I had seen many people with a similar expression, he had a very off-putting aura around him. She seemed entirely unbothered as he lurked towards her. Then she did one of the stupidest things I have ever seen in my life. She climbed up the railing and jumped off, to the roaring, dark, cold water that was at least 20 feet below us. When the Young Justice team is introduced to a new member they are all somewhat uncertain of her, along with the Justice League. With powers unlike they've ever seen before and hailing from a different planet they are not sure what to think of her. She seems to be hiding something and Batman seems to know something about it. But our narrator was lucky enough to be born in a time of peace between those with and those without powers. There are systems in place which help keep interactions running smoothly.
