TIME : AFTER GRAVITY FALLS, BEFORE THE BOOK OF BILL
After Stan and Ford return to gravity falls, all seems well until one day when Ford goes to explore the forest and finds Bills statue. He feels a strange connection to it and stays near it for awhile until Dipper comes looking for him. When he goes to stand up, His hand brushes the statues. That's enough for Bill.
