A Princess born from the Moon died tragically with her love. They found each other for many years, but an evil force threatened to pull them apart. They were determined to fight for their love, and they finally destroyed the evil, but in doing so, they lost their memories once again. But this time, this love story -- this soulmate story is all about how one twin sister always stood back, cheering on her sister, Sailor Moon, to stop a new evil.
This story is about Usalia Tsukino. The only person who remembers the fight they had with Queen Beryl decides not to say anything until one night everyone in Juban wakes up in a panic and finds a big-sized crater and new enemies showing themselves by sending their monsters. Two new transfer students show up at Jupan High School, and chaos happens.
