First. it was Derek. Then, Hotch came back. The team had shared good and bad times alike, people leaving was never easy to deal with, but people coming back always filled them with joy.

They fell back in the usual routine rather easily, until their relative peace of mind was disturbed by bodies being left in New York, mauled well beyond recognition. To catch their Unsub, they're gonna have to work harder than ever, to deal with cases and not let them control them, they're gonna have to trust each other, regardless of how awful their secrets might be.

Somewhere, a boy is suffering. His cries go unheard, his suffering seemingly ignored by everyone around him, but his captor. Could he be the key to their Unsub? Can the BAU save him, before it's too late?
