After a recent breakup, she finds herself at a crossroads, questioning her choices and longing for the passion she once had for coffee and community.
2. **Jack Ramirez:** A charming, witty, and slightly cynical owner of The Brewed Awakening. He inherited the coffee shop from his grandmother and has dedicated his life to keeping her legacy alive. Jack is at odds with the changing world around him, feeling the pressure to modernize his shop while trying to hold onto the warmth of its history.
3. **Lila Chen:** Maya's best friend and a free-spirited artist who encourages Maya to take risks and embrace her true self. Lila has a knack for seeing the beauty in chaos and is always pushing Maya to step out of her comfort zone.

Especially how they're about to meet for the second time when Claire gets backed into an alley by a drunken creep. After Claire is rescued the two fall deeply in love with each other and know right away that they'll last forever.Complete
