GOT: A Song Unfinished

17 parts Ongoing Mature

The Long Night is over. Daenerys Targaryen-prophesied savior-is dead, her dragons ashes on the wind. Westeros licks its wounds and tells itself the story is finished. It isn't. Deep beneath the ruins of Valyria, a firewyrm cracks open a prison of stone. Inside wakes Daella Barlaeris, last daughter of a Valyrian dragon-blood line, seer, and living relic of the Doom. She carries the lost magic that once birthed dragons-and the rest of a prophecy the realm never bothered to read past the first verse. While the North rebuilds and the South schemes, Daella steps into a world that burns sorcerers before it asks their names. To finish the song of ice and fire she must unite kings who fear her, face an enemy older than the Others, and decide how much of her own humanity is worth trading for the realm's survival. The Prince That Was Promised was only the prologue. The final verse belongs to the woman who walked out of Valyria's grave.
