At sixteen, she survived a tsunami.
At eighteen, she survived her father.
At twenty three, she survived a man who said he loved her
and at twenty seven, she finally fights her fear.

She thought the boy she met in Hawaii was just a rainbow after the storm.
She never expected to see him again, especially not as her boyfriend's sister's fiancé.

And yet, there he was.
The only person who ever looked at her like she was more than something broken.

Torn between the version of herself, the girl who lost everything on the same day, a broken and hurt girl, she has to choose: run toward comfort... or step into the unknown.

Because maybe, for the first time in her life, someone didn't leave.
And maybe, just maybe-

She wasn't unlovable after all.

She wanted to go there and slit the throats of each and every person present. But her cold behavior was enough to shock them. She didn't know her fate would play a harsh yet blissful game with her. Looking at every person, she turned around to move, giving them a cold back. She had just taken a few steps when she once again turned around, only to find Sangram taking big strides towards her with a chilling smug on his face. This was the only thing she hated most. This time, she was not scared of him. Standing there calmly, waiting for him to come close to her. This scene was watched by three families. There, Preet stood, clearly calm, whereas Sangram was taking big strides. But they were not scared of what was going to happen; they were scared of what would be done by him. Soon, Sangram stood in front of Preet, towering over her. She was still small compared to his height but couldn't do anything. She was sharply looking into his eyes, whereas he was looking somewhere else. Suddenly, a strong arm swept under her... ⚠︎︎ 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 || 𝟏𝟖+ || ⚠︎︎
