After the defeat of Alien Empera, Mebius and Hikari have returned to a peaceful life on their homeworld, the Land of Light. Their days of battle seem to be behind them, and the two Ultras have embraced their new roles within their society. However, this peace is abruptly shattered when news arrives of a missing Ultra Warrior who was last seen near a mysterious Ultra Zone-a dangerous and uncharted area within the galaxy.

Tasked with investigating the disappearance, Mebius embarks on his first rescue mission since leaving Earth. The mission takes him into unknown and perilous territory, where he must confront new threats and uncover hidden dangers lurking within the Ultra Zone.
