Being accused of being the heir of Slytherin who was attacking the school really affected Harry. While down in the chamber Harry found out some shocking news and the Horcrux in his scar was destroyed. After the incident, the Harry who went done into the chamber was not the same who came back up. For years Harry has worn a mask around others pretending to be someone he was not. Now after nearly dying Harry decides to no longer hold back Harry takes the reigns of his life and lets the true Harry show. After coming back from the chamber things happen that lead to him being expelled and hiring Dumbledore as his tutor. During the summer while with Dumbledore, the two find out shocking news. After finding out the news the two discuss over what to do which leads to Harry living happily with his newly found family members and reuniting with others. By the end of summer, Harry was actually able to return to Hogwarts with Dumbledore as headmaster however the Hogwarts they returned to was completely different than it was in the past. When Harry returns to Hogwarts Harry refuses to speak with Ronald and makes friends with a bunch of new people from all houses.

The summer before the third year happens differently for Harry. The Harry that returns to Hogwarts is not the same one who left. Harry decides to make some changes in his life. As days turn to weeks and weeks turn to months the Harry everyone knew had vanished replaced by the true Harry that had been hidden away years ago. With the change in Harry, things happen differently than in canon. When Hermione had gotten Harry's firebolt confiscated, Harry did not get angry because he knew that Hermione was more important to him than any broom. As usual, Ron overacts at Hermione's decision to go to McGonagall about it and he gets mad at Harry for forgiving her. This incident causes a rift in their friendship because of their fight. With Ron not talking to them, both Hermione and Harry get closer to other befriending many new friends. How will Dumbledore handle being no longer willing to be controlled, manipulated, hide his true self, and act how everyone expects? What all will change now that Harry decides to take back the reigns and get control over his own life? How will the wizarding world handle their new boy who lived? Everyone deserves a second chance
Sirius did something that he would never ever ever do, but he did it anyway. He broke Remus and his own heart, and as his world is slowly crumbling around him, he has to pick it all back up again single handed. The summer before Harry's third year had started out worse than his last. However, that all changed when he obtained a letter for him written by his parents. The letter reveals a bit of his destiny and answers the question of why Voldemort went after him the night his parents died. Along with the letter was a small trunk filled with books and a few things left behind by his parents to help. One of those things left in the small trunk was an ancient magical Potter family amulet. When he put on the amulet it destroyed all the blocks on Harry, destroyed the Horcrux, and changed his looks. After putting on the amulet Harry sees through all of the dark lord's memories. Not long after putting on the amulet, accidental magic begins happening around him more, and not all the consequences are good. Only with the help of Hermione, new friends, and new family can he learn to control and master his newfound power and abilities.
