The year is 1830 in Bromwich, Massachusetts. Beginning on New Year's day, the Clarke family begins their journey through the year with hopeful thoughts of the things to come, but one girl quickly finds that she may end up discovering more about herself than she'd expected.
Inside you will find the story of Elsie Clarke and Lenore Whittock, watching as they meet, get to know each other, and become seemingly unlikely friends... and, eventually, maybe even more...
