These poems hold snippets of my thoughts, emotions, hurts by, and love for the people I have deeply treasured at one point in time. I loved them once, and I'll love them forever--even with the way some of these relationships have turned out.

If You Love Me
"If you love me, you won't leave me." Jessie has believed those words from her boyfriend, Josh, since senior year of high school. She loves him and doesn't want to leave him. Not even when he shouts at her and hits her. Jessie's best friend, Kolleen, can't stand seeing her in that situation. With a bit of convincing - and the worst beating she'd ever received - Jessie agrees to move into an apartment with Kolleen. But not long after, Jessie is scared the worst of her nightmares will soon become a reality. Josh goes missing, and suddenly Jessie would swear she's being followed. As we go through life, we meet people who leave pieces of themselves within us. They touch our hearts in ways we never expect, changing us little by little until we become someone different. Their footprints stay with us, reminding us that no matter how much we want to, we can never go back to the person we used to be. And then, there was him. We found each other at exactly the right time, as if our paths had always been meant to cross. Loving him came naturally, and in his arms, I found a place that finally felt like home. For a while, everything made sense. It felt like the universe had written our story long before we ever met. But even the most beautiful stories can fall apart. Without warning, the life we built together slowly slipped through our fingers. The dreams we held onto, the love we shared, and the future we imagined became fragile, breaking apart piece by piece until all that remained were memories. He was the one who taught me how to love. But standing here in the silence he left behind, I realized he had forgotten to teach me the hardest part...how to let him go. Some days, the weight of missing him is almost too much to bear. Still, I'd choose this pain over never having loved him at all, because every ache is proof that what we had was real. I'd trade my everything for just one more moment with him, for even a fleeting moment holds more joy than a lifetime without knowing him.Complete

Two broken souls in the midst of a crazy world. Two souls running away from their past. There was no light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel was cracking, slowly closing in. When these two connect, as if they were set on the same path, light creeps in through the cracks, and for or a moment, the tunnel seems to have a way out, but what if it collapses before they make it? - "You saved my life." The words come out as a whisper, I've been dying to say that. I thank god every day that he came into my life when he did. "Fuck Vivian, you don't know how much I needed you." I tear up just a little as he speaks, I don't know the last time I cried happy tears. I bring my hands up to cup his cheeks, resting my forehead against his. "No matter how much I push, I don't mean it. Please don't give up on me." My words seem to relieve him in some way as I feel his shoulders relax. "Even when I'm gone, I'll be by your side, forever." He brings his hand, sticking his pinky out. "pinky promise."I wrap mine around his, placing a kiss on his lips. Warning before you read!! This is my first book! This book will contain topics of SA, eating disorders, and mature content, if any of these things may bother you in anyway, please scroll! DEDICATION "To every person who has a wish to get completed by someone but gets shattered instead." Grace is a girl who always dreams of things which are not possible for her to do in this universe . Her family is rich but busy so she longs for love and care. Every time she see something she starts the imagination of how she would have wanted in the other universe or her imaginary world. Dash is physically hot and career focused boy every girl in the school wants him but he longs for grades and as for love he doesn't believe it and he always have a dream of some girl which he wants to see badly but it's just his imagination. He has no such real friends but that doesn't even bother him because he is selfish as well. Let's see when these two collide with the power of love and their past becomes an evil. Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.Complete
