For generations, the Dorothea family has borne what they call a "curse," though others whisper of it as a dark inheritance-a twisted irony for a name that means "Gift of God." This so-called gift was anything but divine. It was said that when the mother of a firstborn child perished, the curse passed to the child, marking them as its next vessel. On the night of the crimson moon, that child would be driven by forces beyond their control, becoming an unrelenting harbinger of death for those steeped in sin.

The curse claimed Penelope Dorothea as an infant, sealing her fate before she even had a chance to live. To save her, she was spirited away to the neighboring country of Valort and taken in by the revered General of Sylvan, a man known for his unshakable honor and strength. But Penelope grew up with no memory of the family that had forsaken her, nor of the dark legacy that coursed through her veins.

In Sylvan, she carved a life of her own, rising through the ranks to become the respected Captain of District 8. Along the way, she fell deeply in love with Blake Laurens, the General's son-a man who seemed to embody everything noble and good. But love is never simple, especially for one burdened with shadows.

As Penelope's past begins to unravel, she discovers a truth far more chilling than the curse she thought she had escaped. Blake is not the man he seemed, and the ties that bind them may be far more dangerous than she could ever imagine. With each crimson moon, the curse stirs, and Penelope is forced to confront a dark prophecy that could either consume her...or reveal who she was always meant to be.

In the heart of the ancient Amazon, two siblings are bound by a magical legacy and a solemn vow. Sam, the young heir to the Dark Wolf Pack, is his sister's sworn shield. Luna, blessed with the vast, untamed power of the rainforest itself, is his reason for living. But their world is shattered in a single night of betrayal when Sam's body is stolen by his master, the dark magician Lightning, and forced to commit an unspeakable act that destroys their family and leaves Luna for dead. Years later, Luna lives a fractured life in Ireland, hiding her magic and healing her trauma with the help of a found family of fellow shifters-a leopard, a snake, a rabbit, and a mysterious crocodile bodyguard named Luca, who carries a secret connection to her past. Just as she begins to trust and love again, a storm from her past returns. Sam, scarred in body and soul from years of torture and imprisonment, risks everything to escape and clear his name. He must confront his former master in a final, magical duel to prove his innocence to the sister who believes he betrayed her. But just as they reclaim their bond, a more insidious enemy strikes from within: a terminal illness. This is a story of fierce love that defies darkness, of a brother and sister fighting to rewrite a tragic destiny. It's a tale where ancient magic clashes in epic battles, but the most profound war is fought against a fate that threatens to steal their future before it even begins. "Eclipse of the Dark Wolf" is an unforgettable saga of magic, sacrifice, and the unbreakable bonds of family, asking a heartbreaking question: How do you hold on to light when the universe itself seems determined to extinguish it?

Leonora Potter knew from a young age that she was rather... different, from the rest of her family. The secret opinions she held regarding Muggles, her reserved nature in comparison to James. As she grew, her parents seemed to cast her aside, her brother's shadows swallowing her whole. And when the sorting hat placed her in Slytherin, their already crumbling relationship had finally shattered. And as a result, she was forced to find family in other places. Perhaps that is how she got mixed in with the Death Eaters. When the first Wizarding war consumes the wizarding world, Leonora must finally decide who's side she's on, and what that means for the relationships she's built. She must decide who to fight for, and who she'll lose along the way. But surviving a war doesn't mean escaping it. Years later, when history repeats itself, a new generation rises to the fight. And Leonora must finally confront the choices that shaped her. A story that spans two years, two generations, and a woman torn between her loyalties. Awoken in a new body, a star is surrounded by a world that she has to learn to manage, in order to survive. A world that she helped stitch together in the first place. The star fights tooth and nail every day, heartbroken. Never again to see her true family. Until her mate and her lock eyes, and everything makes sense once again. Or when, Penelope is the one to fight the war, in order to get back home to Odysseus. *✧・゚: *✧・゚: (Book 1 of 2 in the Heaven series) *✧・゚: *✧・゚: The soft click of heels was the only thing heard in the House of Wind. The silence was much needed for Soraya after a night of partying with her family. The Fate had kissed her mate on the cheek and told him she was leaving for the night. He had asked her if she wanted him to join her, clutching her hand securely, but Soraya shook her head softly. The High Lord had watched her leave, with a faltering smile on his face. Soraya opened the heavy double doors to her and Rhysand's private balcony. The air was warm as she watched people dance across the cobbled streets of Velaris. Fireworks went off every few moments, the people celebrating the highly awaited return of their High Lady. Yet Soraya couldn't find the joy in her soul. She took off her heels and laid her head to rest on the decorated railing. Looking above the colorful explosions, Soraya's eyes found three stars. Two shining brightly, one dimmed to the point she almost had to squint to see. It tore a bit of her soul in two, feeling it right in her chest. "What do I do now, sisters?" Soraya asked breathlessly, eyes closing in frustration. And for the first time in years, the Fate let a single tear fall down her cheek.

"I already killed your mother, Cam." As the words left my enemy's mouth like a mocking sneer, I growled under my breath at the mention of my old name. Memories started to boil up that I had been wanting to squash deep into my heart. Bad memories. "As you can guess, I'm here to finish the job." He continued with that ever-present sinister smirk on his face. And in that moment, a sudden burst of confidence just appeared within me. Or blatant stupidity. 'I'll take either one.' I silently admitted to myself. I rolled my eyes at his so-called 'threat', not really intimidated in the least. "Yeah, like that went so well the first time. The first time, you fucked up enough to get caught by the police." I pointed out. "The second time, your grown-ass men got their asses handed to them by two teenagers." I snorted at him. "Your odds aren't looking too good here, Berti." ~•~ Losing her father? Lovely. Getting in a car accident with her aunt, uncle, and cousin and being the sole survivor? Fantastic. Losing her mother because a deranged psychopath holds a grudge even better than The Grinch? Amazing. Being ostracized from her own family save from her paternal grandparents, and getting the blame for her mother's death? Cherry on top of the cake. Having to make sure three idiotic twats don't get themselves killed because they couldn't mind their own bloody business? Bloody hell, that's an entire ice cream cake with ten pounds of gummy bears. ~•~ Join Grace Stanton as she faces her demons and the demons of her past all while trying not to commit murder against her three new friends. Fun times. (First book in the Gilded series) ~•~ [#1 Streetracer - 4/21/21] [#1 Gangs - 9/16/21] [#1 Boxer - 9/12/21] [#1 Fighter - 12/11/21] [#2 Boxing - 9/3/21] [#1 Girlpower - 2/12/21]
