Ash Ketchum has successfully become Alola's first ever champion, and he's riding the high of a victory after countless losses. But when the unexpected death of a friend attracts the attention of Interpol, he must struggle with his duties as regional champion and the loss of an ally, all while partnering up with a couple of rather familiar individuals.
