The perfect monster (OC x X-Men Evolution)

When they try to create another Weapon x instead they made another monster a perfect monster. Hiro was a normal teenage kid that always wanted to be left alone, he had no family and no friends, later on he got tricked into becoming a weapon meant to kill mutants but became a literal killing machine. Two years later, he starts to become more human while learning how to deal with his powers and doing his best to stay away from people, afraid that he might someone unintentional but gets hunted by military and special forces that want to test him, study his powers and control him. Hiro will soon teach them: Monsters Can't be controlled.
