Nico doesn't not like Will. He's just irritated by his non-stop complaining about how Nico overuses his powers, about the whole 'doctor's orders' and forcing Nico to sit with him during all the meals just to see if he eats enough.
Will doesn't not like Nico. He's just annoyed by how he thinks no one accepted him before, his 'willing loneliness', how he doesn't obey the commands that are just meant to help him.
But both Will and Nico never said they dislike each other, did they?

He's determined to help anyone he can who needs it. This includes the dense (yet admittedly cute) son of Hades, who might even be more stubborn than Will. After a nail-biting battle against the Earth Mother herself, these boys find themselves in the infirmary together for a promised three days. While they're certainly different at first glance, soon enough, they find themselves more similar than believable. As their relationship blossoms into something more, Nico gets a premonition of something coming, worthy of breaking the two apart. Will they be able to fight their apparent fate? Nico is, unfortunately, stuck with that stupid(ly adorable) doctor wannabe, Will Solace, for longer than he would like. Sure, it was partially Nico's fault that he stayed overtime, but couldn't Will just give up on him already? He's weak, sick, and most of all, frustrated. And he wants to change out of this stupid tropical shirt. But will Will let him? No, he just has to stay put for the next third of his life! How unfair is that? Eventually, Nico realizes that, just maybe, Will isn't as annoying as he thought. Could their friendship develop beyond just friends?Complete

Nico Di Angelo's school is taking the whole junior year on a trip to Greece. Following the no gender mingling school policy, Nico groups with his best buds Percy Jackson and Jason Grace. All is well and good before Will Solace joins their bubble. Nico gets a strange, tingly, ticklish feeling in his stomach when he's around Will. It doesn't help when they have to pair off to explore the Parthenon and Percy and Jason take off, leaving Nico alone with Will. It also doesn't help when the two boys decide to share a bed at the hotels.
