Theo Winters is a 25-year-old human living in poverty. After a tragic vampire attack that killed his family, Theo is left to care for his younger sister alone. Valerian, with his deep-black hair and ruby-red eyes, is known for his aloofness and authority. Despite his public demeanor, Valerian secretly harbors feelings for Theo.
