I write stories about me, about people I meet, about those I wish I met and about the few I dream of. These are the secrets of my silence, in the form of lyricism and in the shape of verses.
The first poems you read might make you laugh (although I have revised them, I've kept their essence, sometimes childish, sometimes passionate, and occasionally moving), but I wanted my work to be as authentic as possible to my teenage years - I haven't revisited them in a long time... I wish to share with the world my ode to youth, to the discovery of literature, and to the power of words.

**Most of the poems are originally in English, but there will be a French translation soon. There are also poems originally written in French, translated in English in this poetry book.*

As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, a lot of my thoughts are bound to not be very pleasant. But hey, some of them are quite philosophical and positive. But that's rare. Join me on my journey through sadness, happiness, curiosity, mystery, and so much more. I was inspired to make a collection of my poems, and I decided to just do it. Throughout my life, words have been everything. I write with them to ease my own mind and also use them to comfort others. The title is very much reflective of the time during which I wrote these. Hazyfantazy, a nickname given to me by friends at the time, seemed important to include in the title, as it highlighted a time in my life where writing was a great solace and also a joy and whilst in some ways I feel I have very much outgrown her, as I have the friends who originated the name, she made me who I am today. I decided to put all of these together in one place, as felt they worked best as a collective and also so that I can revisit them from time to time. I originally intended to add to them, however after reading them and revisiting a lot of memories, it became apparent that anything I write from this day forth, would feel like they were written by a different me. I think I would be better starting a new journey with anything new that I write. Some of the pieces are personal and very reflective of the anxiety issues and panic attacks that plagued my late 20's and early 30's. Others are very much fictional written in the style of personal experience. To anyone who takes the time to read any of my poems, I thank you. Your time is precious and I appreciate any that's given and if you hit the little vote button too, you have my everlasting gratitude ❤️. words from a broken soul
I don't own the two songs I've posted on the two newest poems but give them a listen if you like. just a collection of free verse/rondel poems(short stories to lengthy ones I guess) I've written over the course of ten months so far some won't be uploaded as I know they would get flagged as to dark of topics so yeah enjoy or don't. Feed back is helpful I didn't really pay attention in my English class during poetry so I don't really know how to punctuate the poems. Also I know the first one is pretty bad but it was the first I've ever written the rest I think are okay but we're our worst critics after all. Also there are some with dark topics such a suicidal ideation, abuse of a child, sexual abuse, and not technically a dark topic but metaphorical suicide which talks about suicide so you have been warned for when I get around to uploading the darker poems.Complete
Why him?
(Sequel to "Why me?") I still have nightmares. It's been years, I've tried to move on yet they still haunt me. No matter what I do nothing can fix it. I still don't understand why anyone would treat an innocent soul as foul as they did mine. I sit awake at night wondering, what did I ever do to deserve such a thing? It may seem that I'm happy and that I'm a strong independent alpha now but little does everyone know I'm still broken, just as broken as when I watched my "parents" die right before my eyes. Even though all these thoughts rush through my head constantly there's always one question that I can never seem to shake. Why him? ••• Sequel to 'Why me?' Aline, a 23-year-old in a historically ambiguous- though 1690-resembling- France has worked in her family business her whole life. Her family helped found the largest criminal organization in the area so she grew up with a hardened personality. While on one of her jobs she is trapped and forced to sign a contract that forces her to work for a year under an enemy corporation. While away from home she discovers that the world outside is much different than her home. Making more mistakes than she thought possible, she attempts to try the waters of living apart from her family for the first time and leaves a series of disasters in her wake. Featuring some fluffy romance, bad humor, and an illegal gay wedding, this book has a lot of lighter themes. However, some darker themes are included. I advise proceeding with caution for those triggered by the following: Violence, gore, rape (not graphic), some slurs (no n-words or the like), prolonged sexual abuse, mental/emotional abuse, physical abuse, prostitution, symptoms of PTSD and themes of depression as well as brief periods of suicidal thoughts and/or actions. If any of these bother you I am more than willing to send you rewrites of any triggering chapters that avoid triggering subjects without messing with the plot so that you may still read the piece. Their Precious Mate
"Hey," I said cautiously, scared to make the first move. Thankfully, I didn't have to make it. Luca stepped forward and took me by the waist, pulling me close to him. A jealous snarl ripped from Anthony's chest. Did he just growl? What the hell's going on here?! Luca leaned closer to me, ignoring Anthony. "I'm not good with words like these. But you know that, Mavis." He smiled gently while his eyes filled with an emotion - love?- that caused butterflies in my stomach. A warm feeling surrounded my heart. Did it just speed up? "So, this is the only way I can describe it." He suddenly leaned his head down and captured my lips in a long kiss. It was gentle, yet harsh. He claimed my lips as his own, taking complete control. He made a possessive noise into the kiss. making my heart fill with affection. I was suddenly jerked from him and a second body wrapped around me possessively. It was Anthony. And he looked pissed. Mavis, a young teenage human girl, lived a life of normalcy with her five best friends. But when these men reveal their true forms and claim her as their mate, she realizes the world is filled with not just humans, but hidden supernaturals. And her five 'best friends' aren't as innocent as she thought. ---------------------- Note: This story was written by me originally a long time ago.
