Protagonist Jack "The Jester" Jenkins, a wisecracking adventurer, died saving his realm from an ancient evil. But fate has other plans. Jack consciousness is reincarnated into the body of a clumsy, awkward teenager named Jaxon, who's destined to repeat the same cycle of heroism.

As Jaxon navigates high school, he discovers he's retained Jack's memories and skills meaning there was another consciousness that wasn't his living inside his body, but with a twist: he's now trapped in a body that's more likely to trip over its own feet than save the day.

He must embark on a quest to stop the cult from Jack's realm , battling monsters, and Jaxon's own ineptitude, along the way. But as the stakes grow higher, Jaxon realizes his memories and consciousness of Jack's life are fading, threatening to erase his identity and his chance to save both his realm and that of his past life. There's a chance but it won't be what either of them likes...
