The end of the world happened, just not in the way people would've guessed. Some people expected the seven trumpets to sound, others expected the four horsemen to rise, others believed the world would ice over or burn.
Not many expected a virus outbreak that would contort the minds of the recently deceased. No one expected people to go insane from the happenings. Cities were less safe than they already were, small towns became hellscapes for survivors, and the countryside was quiet or over run. there is no in-between.
Alexia doesn't expect to have gone to her neighbors, the Greenes, for survival after her family didn't make it. She really didn't expect to have other survivors running to the Greenes for help either. Nothing was expected, so how did she get here?

Hey, Donnie fans. I'm here with another The Walking Dead fanfic. It's a long and . . . different one. It starts out like a regular Walking Dead story and morphs into a Game of Thrones, Indiana Jones, and medieval times sort of deal. Plus, Ezekiel doesn't have cancer and he did not go with Eugene and Yumiko. Tara is alive. We start off with Connie being found by Kelly and friends.
