"You really think I'd fall for you?"

"I don't think that. I know you will."

Arjun crossed his arms over his chest, puffing loudly. He leaned back on the car as his head titled sideways.

"Shut your cocky ass mouth. Ain't no one falling in love with you if you keep up this bullshit."

I scoffed.

"You will. You agree or you don't. That's not my problem."

I turned around.

"Well you know what?"

I crossed my arms over my chest too and stared right back at him. He stood up straighter instead and waited for me.

"I think you'd be the first one to catch feelings."

He smirked. It irked me.

"Why do you think so?"

I took two steps forward till I was close enough. His smirk fell as I came closer and whispered out.

"Because the moment I'm gonna touch you-"

My hand reached his chest. I could feel his heart beating in a rhythmic motion.

"Your heartbeat's going to speed up."

I saw his smile completely disappear and his face replaced with a more serious expression.

"And the moment, I'm gonna look into your eyes,"

I met his eyes. He didn't look away either, instead his deep black ones stared right into mine, giving my stomach a twist.

"You'll see nothing but me."
