.... You are the other half of my broken half. You know me better than anyone else and always will. You are my balance, my god. You are my dark paradise. You heal me. You have seen every horrific, and disgusting thing about me and have never turned away from me or doubted who I am for a second. You are my fallen angel, you are the light that leads me through the darkness. *✧・゚:* Y/n Kenobi, younger sister of jedi master Obi-Wan Kenobi, is in training of becoming a successful Jedi, faces dangerous distractions during padawan years, one of those distractions being another young Jedi in training, Anakin Skywalker. Both young star-crossed lovers are both feared and worshiped by the council for being known as "the chosen ones", and both holding a great power in the force. Y/n will have to choose either to join, or fight against her destiny. The young souls who were supposed to bring all balance to the force, will in the end "fail", and bring violence, as well as fear to many innocent people. Y/n and Anakin have been friends ever since they were younglings. Both wanting to become successful Jedi, but also are craving something more than that. Anakin has always been stubborn, has a dark side, and always leaned into being in control of all things that are bound to happen. Y/n can relate, she has both a soft and dark side, but also loves having power over others who have hurt her. Y/n is Anakin's good side, his only thing left in the dark world of the corrupted Jedi. **THIS IS CONSIDERED A Y/A! In September 1963, Voltaire High, previously an all-boys school, becomes coeducational and welcomes girls for the first time. It is there that Aimée, a quiet student with striking red hair, meets Joseph, a troublemaker whose unpredictable behavior both fascinates and exasperates her. He isn't sure what annoys him most about her. Maybe it's her fiery hair, her radiant smile, or the way she attracts attention without even trying. He despises her perfect teeth and skinny wrists, her passion for reading that makes her so different from the others, and especially the way she eats slowly in the cafeteria before retreating to the restroom. The more he thinks about it, everything about her repulses him, yet he is also intrigued by what he doesn't understand. On her side, she can't stand the smell of cigarettes that clings to him whenever he walks into class, nor his obnoxious attitude. She hates the way he looks at her, how he always seems to get what he wants, and, most of all, his smug little smile that drives her mad. But beneath this animosity, Aimée is hiding her own struggles, desperately trying to meet expectations while battling her eating disorders. Through their confrontations, Joseph, in some way, helps her feel more at ease in her own body. They will learn that sometimes, you have to walk through darkness to embrace the light.
