In the bustling halls of Crestwood High, Nyssa Abrahams is determined to carve out her own path. Armed with a sharp tongue and a penchant for dark humor, she navigates the challenges of her new school with her signature bluntness. Known for her unhinged-ness and snarky, she often finds satisfaction in delivering bad news just to witness the reactions of her peers, channeling her anger into witty comebacks. With her striking long, wavy black hair tied back in a low ponytail and piercing dark chocolate eyes, Nyssa isn't afraid to stand out.
Enter Aiden Rhodes, the golden-hearted hockey star center whose sunny disposition and infectious laughter light up every room. Standing tall at 6'0" with a messy shock of blonde hair and ocean-blue eyes, he embodies the spirit of a golden retriever-always optimistic and eager to please, albeit a bit clueless when it comes to academics. Aiden's street smarts and laid-back charm make him popular among his teammates, but it's his endearing nature that truly sets him apart. When Aiden first catches a glimpse of Nyssa on the sidelines during a hockey game, he's immediately captivated by her fierce presence and unique beauty. Despite their vastly different personalities, he feels an irresistible pull toward her. As their worlds collide, Aiden becomes determined to break through Nyssa's tough exterior and discover the vulnerabilities hidden beneath her fiery demeanor.
Amidst the whirlwind of school events, hockey practices, and unexpected encounters, Aiden's cheerful persistence slowly chips away at Nyssa's defenses. As they navigate their contrasting natures, they learn that love can blossom in the unlikeliest of places.

"I don't know what you're doing to me, but I don't like it, Aiden"
"I may not be the smartest person savage," He stepped closer "But I know enough to tell that you very much do love what my presence has been doing to you."
"What are you doing here?" I ask but it comes out as a sob. I don't want him, or anyone for that matter, to see me like this. I'm a wreck. Wyatt doesn't seem to mind though.
He softly brushes the remaining tears from my face with his thumb. "I saw you run out of the canteen, green eyes. I couldn't just leave you here to cry because that would go against the tutor code."
"Tutor code?" I ask, puzzled.
"Yes, the tutor code. It states that a student must make sure his tutor is never upset or crying and if he does ever find her like this it's his job to make her smile at any cost," he tells me.
"You just made that up."
"Maybe I did but that doesn't matter. Come on," he says, extending his hand out to me.
"Where are we going?"
"You'll see."

Aurora is a normal seventeen year old, happy and content with life. However, this all changes the day her boyfriend of two years, James, breaks up with her. Naturally, she's crushed.
The icing on the cake is why he did it. Apparently she's 'too boring'.
Determined to prove him wrong, she strikes a deal with the school's notorious bad boy, Wyatt King. She'll tutor him in maths if he teaches her to be reckless, fearless and careless.
Can Aurora overcome the odds and do what she planned? Or perhaps someone will stop her on her mission to win over James.
Maybe this isn't as easy as she thought it would be.
Maybe she takes things a little too far.
And just maybe making a deal with the bad boy isn't such a smart idea.
