Main plot:
The story begins in an era of War and Peace, 1000 years before the events of Skyward Sword, where the Golden Goodnesses have just created the world and entrusted Hylia with task of protecting it and guiding its inhabitants. Demise, initially a valiant knight, is devoted to Hylia's cause and fights by her side against threats emerging from the shadow realm. 
So, how did this man become the monstrous and cruel king of Demons?
