At a young age two unlikely friends set forth on a path to change the world. 
James, an outgoing extrovert, and Jacob, a sheltered genius could not be more different from one another, but as they grow older their friendship only grows with them. 
The Gift from Ghymora follows James, Jacob and the people closest to them as they make their way through the early years of life, and towards the pinnacle of human achievement. . .
But life doesn't always go as planned. The Earth is struck by a catastrophe that should not have slipped through the cracks, and in its wake an even darker fate is discovered. 
In their newfound positions of power, the two must utilize all of the resources available to help prevent the coming threat and save our world from certain doom.
