Clarissa, a teenage girl, comes home from school to find her family in disarray. To clear her head, she goes for a walk. She wanders down a dark alleyway only to find a disheveled boy holding an intricately made sword. Before she realizes what's happening, he attacks her with it and slices open her shoulder. Jordan has finally retrieved The Stone from his cousin, but then he meets Clarissa. In an act of betrayal, he loses the precious heart. He must win back Clarissa and the stone. Bloody, battered, attacked by monsters he has to stay strong to carry on his mission. Clarissa is led by Jordan to a new kind of world. A world of odd and deadly creatures, dense disorienting fog, and glittering trees. She has to make a decision of who to trust, and what to believe. Will she be courageous enough to make the decision to fight for the earth.

Before he was feared. Before he was known. Before the Pantheon awakened. In a fractured world of warring nations and ancient powers, Vael Arkan stands as a lone protector - bound not by glory, but by something deeper. Haunted by visions only he can see and marked by a power he barely understands, Vael fights to defend a city on the edge of collapse. He doesn't yet know that his presence ripples through every version of himself across the timelines. With red lightning crackling beneath his skin and faint tattoos crawling up his arms, a hidden ability begins to stir - a cursed gift known only as Red Death. As war erupts and shadows rise, Vael is pulled into a conflict far greater than his nation. He has no idea what he is becoming. And time is running out. This is the story before the legend. This is how it all began. This is Aetherfall.
