In "Quirk Academy: Pilot," the renowned hero school is bustling with excitement as Class 1A gets ready for another day of training. The enthusiastic Madoka Skagami, her brother Dedaru Demasu, and her composed cousin Dairo Wingu, along with their classmates, are prepared to tackle any challenges that come their way. However, their routine is disrupted when their long-standing rivalry with Class 2B, led by the formidable Rin Suzuki, intensifies during a high-stakes combat exercise.

As the training arena transforms into a simulated cityscape for survival drills, tensions rise and competitive spirits clash. The friendly competition takes a dark turn when the arena's systems malfunction, allowing real villains to infiltrate the simulation. With villains like Jakobu Shimiddo causing chaos, Class 1A must confront unexpected dangers and put their hero skills to the test in a real-world scenario.

When Dedaru Demasu's protective instincts trigger his Quirk, Wrath Surge, his newfound power becomes the key to turning the tide. Amidst the chaos, Pro Heroes arrive to save the day, but the message from the villains leaves a chilling hint of future threats.

As the students regroup and reflect on their harrowing experiences, they realize that their journey as heroes has only just begun, and the challenges ahead will be greater than they ever imagined.
