Link has always been a trouble maker. Always getting into fights at school causing him to transfer twice. Boxing gave him an outlet for his anger. He's 17 now and his problems at school have slowly gone down but it seems his issues at his home are worse than they've ever been.
Zelda is just a normal high school girl. She likes to read and hang out with her friends. She's never really had time for boys. That's all about to change soon.

But all she wants is to pursue her passion of studying the flora and fauna of Hyrule. As a son of a royal knight, Link has a fighter's spirit. When his father died from an untimely illness, his mother had to marry in order to provide for her two children. Shortly after, she passed, too, leaving Link and his sister to their stepfather. Link was forced to do the household chores if he wanted his stepbrothers to keep their hands off his sister. Fallen Feels (Modern Zelink AU)
Link is working at the police academy, on the best way to be the youngest detective ever. Zelda is an already well-established Detective, working on a regular murder case. He was a master at psychology and at combat fighting. He knew exactly what to do whenever he needed it. She was extremely intelligent and saw things no one else did. She knew exactly what do to whenever she needed it. Until a sudden event changed everything they knew. These characters are all not my own and were created by Nintendo (thx for that) This is my first Story, I'm looking forward to it. I know there is a similar Story called "Crimes in a City That Never Sleeps" by @ShizukaKioko But this Story will be very different storywise. Criticism is of course welcome, hate is not. Have fun. In modern day Hyrule, Link is an orphan who lives in an orphanage. Because he is meant to be the Hero of Hyrule, his bunkmates get jealous and bully him for it. When Link enters first grade, he befriends Zelda, the most beautiful girl in Hyrule, and eventually falls in love with her. The two become inseparable, but everything changes when Zelda hits puberty; she vanishes and doesn't show up at school. Link tries to contact and find her, but no luck. Five years later, Link is a 16-year-old man with severe depression and a Hero chosen by the Master Rifle. He is still in love with Zelda and thinks about her every second of his life. One day, Link saves a woman from the Yiga clan members, and that woman turns out to be Zelda. She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf. While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda. The Silent Princess - A Breath Of The Wild Fanfiction
Time has passed. Hyrule is getting rebuilt. Zelda on the other hand is not quite sure what to do. She is no longer a princess, She's a queen with responsibilities. A dark force is looming. Link was a bit of a problem child when he first started school, all he ever knew was the kindness from his best and only friend, so when faced with other nastier people their age, he didn't react too well. Skip forward a couple years and he's improved. Expressing his feelings however didn't come so naturally to him, so he decided to just... Go for it, in an extremely weird way, and just expect her to get it. He wanted to be nice to people, so he just accepted everything and went with what the other person desired.
