Sonic and Shadow have a secret that not even their closest friends know. They were experiments from the Ark. They were meant to be used for research purposes on hybrids, but they were deemed failures when one went missing and the other developed strange abilities. Things were going array with the project and an accident occurred in the Ark. Sending the ship plummeting in space trapped in an endless grave. Thankfully, due to the experiment's abilities they were able to adapt. Together, their learning to adapt to the world and act like normal-ish hedgehogs. Through this journey they'll pick up some friends, who become suspicious with recent events. Chaos runs rapid, and these friends are trying to get answers. While Sonic and Shadow are just trying to keep their secret alive.

This is a rewrite of my book "Keeping The Secret Alive" as my writings evolved and progressed over the years, I grew extremely unsatisfactory with my previous works. I decided to redo them, not only for better writing but for better flow of the plot.

Wrecked Experiment
Sonic and all of his friends all started out as some cell. All different and built with different atoms. Growing in tubes, inspected, and observe for testing. Of course there is no harm to them whatsoever. The scientists take care of them, they all act like family, no harm... and especially no suffering. Until there is a new CEO of the company, everything changes... is it for the better, or for the worst? Read to find out! This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn. (These characters are seen as young adults. The only child depicted in this story is Tails. So, for whoever may be thinking, I am sexualizing minors. You're wrong. I also will say that this book is heavily emotional and has very graphic scenes. So I advise whoever reads this as well to be very open-minded and aware of the triggers I've listened down.) Oftentimes, the dreams would only occur once or twice a month, leaving him shaken and generally more bitter than usual, yet... They seemed to be occurring more often than ever before. Coincidentally, he's also having to come to terms with the fact that he so obviously has developed a massive crush with his rival, Sonic The Hedgehog, and that he also has to work with him. How on earth he's going to deal with this? Chaos knows. Or Stupid alien hedgehog has nightmares about his sister while also having feelings for his rival and it's affecting the hell outta him!!
