Cody has suffered a lot in his life. It made things difficult. Love was difficult.

Don't take him wrong, he could love just fine. He loved all his little siblings and he loved Obi-Wan. That was as easy as breathing.

Letting himself be loved? That was difficult.

Loving himself? That seemed impossible until very recently.

But now... now Cody had it all, all the love that he needed. Now that he's learned to love, it was time to learn to live for himself and not for others. He could do it. Maybe.


This is story is a part two to my story 'Cody learns to love' so I recommend reading that first. It's readable on it's own too, though.
