Set the futuristic Vampire City of Raindaw. Eric, a 17 year old teen vampire who has never left the city longer then a few days, let alone seen an actual human up close. Lives in the upper parts of it.
He has never had it Particularly hard in his life. Sure, a few awkward social Encounters here and there. But who doesn't?
However One day as he sits in one of the many parks with perfectly trimmed and placed trees and bushes, he suddenly sees something odd... a scruffy looking boy in a Raggedy black cloak... and the boy seems to have.... a strange Affect on him....
