BLADESTORM is a 2024 fantasy adventure story written by Billy Benner and Mike Solomon, the first installment in Benner's Windy, Mysteries of the Kung Fu Whistler trilogy. In the story, Windy--a musical Pitch for the Music Guild, joins the Banned, a group of outlawed musicians on a journey through J5EL-the Jurisdiction of the Five Elements to save Paris Shoes who has been captured in Aplot Fardel's Ice Machine and frozen. It is their mission bring harmony back to J5EL one song at a time.
