Sometimes the rain is just a means for the earth's thirst to be quenched.

Sometimes the rain is there as just a natural phenomena honed by earth's evolution.

But sometimes the rain has ears.

Sometimes the rain has eyes.

It sees the silent tears.

It hears the silent whimpers.

Sometimes, when the first rain drops, the heaven grants a long deep seethed wish that hasn't been spoken.

Sometimes, when the first rain drops, miracles could happen.

When the first rain drops, it brings you the one person you've been searching for.

Important disclaimer:
The Boy Next World is created by Mame. I haven't read the novels yet nor will I because I wanna be surprised in the series which is airing soon (they're already shooting!). However, the reason for Cir jumping worlds has been a curious thought to me hence this short story. I decided to recreate and add a historical touch to this series. All characters are Mame's. Events, scenarios, persons, places that may appear similar in this fanfiction are just coincidental. Fanfiction by a fan. Not for sale or anything. :)

Pon, a young man from the modest Aiemkumchai family, was married off to Sailub, the formidable heir of the vast Kwanamphaiphan empire. This marriage was a strategic move orchestrated by both families, each hoping to secure their interests. Sailub, a successful, stern, and intimidating figure, agreed to the union not out of love, but for the considerable benefits it promised. Pon, naïve and hopeful, fell victim to Sailub's calculated charm and manipulation. As the days turned into months, Pon began to see through the façade. The lavish lifestyle and Sailub's intimidating demeanor, once awe-inspiring, now felt like a gilded cage. The more Pon understood the dynamics of their relationship, the more he realized how deeply he'd been deceived. But amidst the deception and coldness, Pon's resilience grew. He started to seek the warmth and love that had been absent from his life since the marriage. Unexpectedly, Pon found solace in the most unlikely of places. An unexpected ally emerged, someone who saw through Sailub's stern exterior and recognized Pon's true worth. This person offered the love and support Pon had been yearning for, igniting a spark of hope within him. As Pon's confidence grew, so did the tension between him and Sailub. Sailub, sensing the shift, found himself grappling with emotions he had long suppressed. The power dynamics began to shift, leading to a thrilling and tumultuous journey of self-discovery, manipulation, and the quest for true love. Will Pon break free from Sailub's control and embrace the love he truly deserves, or will Sailub's unexpected transformation keep him bound to a complex and thrilling relationship? Only time will reveal the true nature of their intertwined destinies.
