yamasaki kokoro is the only daughter and heir to the yamasaki mafia family, she is well protected since she'll be the next leader for the business. however, other rival mafias have been threatening her and in order to protect their only daughter her parents send her and 7 other henchmen to the sword district to lay low until the threats stop. she goes under cover at oya high school as their trainee nurse and changes her name to keep her enemies from finding her. her only job is to lay low and not to draw any attention to herself but then she gets caught up in war between sword and the kuryu group, that's when things get complicated.
