Sabrina Reid was a genius much like her twin brother Spencer. The two were extremely close, having grown up only behind able to relay on one another. Their mother was schizophrenic and their father took off before they really got to know him. They never really had friends seeing as how they graduated high school when they were only twelve. While Spencer decided to go into the FBI, Sabrina decided she wanted to be a doctor. Going to different colleges never broke their bond in fact it made it even stronger. While Spencer caught the attention of Jason Gideon, Richard Webber saw something in Sabrina that he couldn't wait to hone and polish, taking the young blonde under his wing teaching her and giving her a whole new family, waiting til the day she came to Seattle Grace.
Issac Shepherd was the youngest out of six siblings, four older sisters and one older brother. Just like the rest of his siblings he plans to be a doctor. He originally planned to do his internship in New York, but when his brother shows up at his home late at night planning to leave the busy city, he doesn't hesitate to follow him, starting his internship at the same place his older brother did.
What happens when Sabrina and Issac meet one another? Coming from completely different backgrounds, these two surgical interns find comfort in one another while the hospital around them seems to catch on fire with all the drama around them.
