Bill Cipher is sent back to Earth by the Axolotl in hopes he learns something and finds peace in his life for once. He won't have powers and must learn to live without them while living with what he deems 'the enemy.' Will he be able to work out his past and fight against the trauma it left him with, or will it be another failed attempt at redemption?
