In the small town of Aspen Hollow, Halloween is a big deal. Every year the town council holds a festival from October 21st to October 31st. What the townspeople don't know is that while they spend their days drinking cider and bobbing for apples, The killers in the town spend those ten days in a tournament. The Tournament of Swords. It's a fight to the death and the last man standing wins. 

Scarlette Rose is a serial killer, she kills child murders, and rapists. She is a vigilante. She is also the three years running winner of the tournament. When she kills, she places a rose in her victims mouth and sews their eyes closed. This year, things will be different. 

Scarlette's best friend has entered the contest and the only way to win is to kill all of the other contestants. Scarlette also finds herself falling for Elijah, Another contestant. In this wild game of survival, things do not seem to be going well for Scarlette. This isn't the end, It's just the beginning.
