Cain Skye is just a regular kid who goes to school and mostly keeps to himself, along with his consoles and whatever few friends he's made. He doesn't have many friends at school, but he has enough to keep days interesting. One day his average life changed when a strange girl talks to him, saying weird things about a different world, and that he will be needed to prevent the future from collapsing. Thinking she's crazy, he declines. Until one day the evidence was clear; this world existed and he was crucial to it. Now Cain, along with this strange girl , her twin brother, and his friends, will go on a journey to reverse what can only be described as something they don't want to be involved with.

Salvage

After growing up in foster care, Aurora's only way in the world is the way she makes for herself. Finally free to live on her own and attend college, she is working hard towards her ultimate goal - becoming a social worker to help other kids like her - when she comes home to find an injured dog in her back yard. Aurora forms an immediate attachment to the animal, only to be visited and forcibly befriended by its owner - a brash, strange boy named Adam. When Adam and Aurora are violently taken captive by the shadows of his past, Aurora must learn to trust her new friends - and herself - in order to save them all. Trigger warning: Main character is recovering from physical child abuse, sexual assault referenced several times from past experiences.
