Exposing G.U.N may not have been such a good idea.
When two new, time traveling, heroes appear with dire news, it seems defeating G.U.N may have been a mistake. A bigger evil is on its way.
What's more, when a dog by the name of Cliff informs Sonic and friends about something called the 'Chaos Emeralds', it becomes deadly apparent this new evil is somehow connected.
In a race against Eggman and Time itself, the heroes journey across the world to find these brilliant jewels.
Little do they know, this evil lives within the Fastest Thing Alive.
After all, Sonic's tipped the first domino and it was the kind of race even he couldn't outrun.

Second book in: Sonic Running. One child was forced to grow up way too fast, the other was never allowed to be one in the first place. A year after the Freedom Fighters disbanded, Eggman returns with a vengeance. To make matters worse, Cream and Vanilla mysteriously disappear, but they aren't the only ones. On top of that, the Commander of G.U.N seems to be losing a grasp on what really matters and Shadow discovers the military may be more connected to his past than he ever realised. Sonic's saved the world multiple times, with the help of his friends. But protecting the world from harm becomes a whole lot harder to do when the military's against you. And Knuckles knows, his best friend might just be the one they were all warned to save. Good thing Sonic's not known for being incredibly stubborn. Broken But Hateful
On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison. He was broken as he felt nothing. But when he got to the hospital from attempted suicide and then to the asylum, a spark of light came when a kind hearted psychiatrist Offered him a job and a place to stay at his Orphanage (which is also a school for wayward youth) with his therapy. With the help of one girl and her best friend. A little bright blue hedgehog girl named Janice and a bright red echidna named Cassie. Things were plain but Sonic was still broken but he was hateful towards those who hurt him in the past. He changed his appearance and moved far away to a little bit old London (a little modern) style town selling good medicine for the people and working for the psychiatrist. When people (Knuckles, his family, and friends) from his past 'somehow found him' come to make things right, Sonic turns them away. Will Sonic give them a chance? Or will he just hate them for everything they did in the past?Completa

Sonic and friends unwillingly travel to another dimension and upon arrival realise that they are not able to freely show their special abilities to the public or bad things may await. They have to live mundane lives during their time there. Some get jobs in order to blend in and earn their keep. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. 'Common Enemy' [Sonic 3 Inspired Fic]
Having come from Mobius, a once thought-to-be fictional world in which all of the Classic "Sonic The Hedgehog" characters live, a new super-powered, female Hedgehog arrives on Earth, looking to run away as she was being tracked down by echidna warriors. She soon finds herself hiding amongst the forests of what she later learns is "Green Hills" Montana before being spotted by another Hedgehog. As well as his family consisting of a two-tailed fox, echidna and two humans. Tom and Maddie. They get to know each other a bit, explaining each other's stories before being grouped together by an organization titled "G.U.N." and introduced to a new common enemy amongst the newly formed underdogs group, Shadow The Hedgehog. The group all go through highs and lows to keep this new common enemy at bay before a saddening past is revealed. The new female hedgehog makes it her new mission to keep this new enemy, who is swayed by heartbreak and pain and being used for something far greater beyond just simple revenge, at bay with hardened banter, endless ass-kicking and terrible, downright awful flirting and talk-me-downs before being discovered to hold a great power, one similar to the black and red hedgehog she was tasked to keep busy alongside others. Then, a new, odd, love-hate relationship starts to form between the two hedgehogs. It sparks and flares just as a huge revelation comes to light which requires the strengths of all 'alien' hedgehogs, humans, foxes and echidnas alike. All of the furry, non-furred and spiked friends then team up and take down those who deceived and manipulated. This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn.
