Sometimes, you meet the right person at the wrong time...other times, you meet the right person, and they just happen to live in a different dimension.
Margot Diaz had a pretty normal life in a pretty normal dimension. She and her twin brother, Marco, lived on Earth, and went to school at Echo Creek Academy. Margot was a cheerleader, she was popular, everything was fine. That is until Star Butterfly showed up.
A foreign exchange student and a princess from another Dimension, Star Butterfly is an expert and shaking things up. When Marco is assigned to show her around, she ends up choosing the Diaz family to house her. This comes with a magically giant bedroom, a litter of puppies with laser eyes, and the constant attacks of monsters who want to steal her magic wand from her.
With Star, also comes the presence of her ex-boyfriend Tom, the prince of the Underworld, who wants nothing more than to get Star back...which of course, makes things complicated when Margot befriends, and eventually develops feelings for him.
Sometimes, its the wrong time...other times its the wrong dimension...but if the person is right then maybe, just maybe love will find a way.
